How Does Online Therapy Work? All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll need: A private, quiet space A reliable internet connection A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera Online therapy allows you to receive professional mental health support from the comfort and privacy of your own home anywhere in Florida.
